St. Louis Added To Team Canada

The wait is over! Team Canada announced on Thursday that the player replacing Steven Stamkos for the Sochi Olympics will be his Lightning teammate Martin St. Louis.

It was quite the controversy when the team was originally announced with St. Louis’ name not being called, but Stamkos’ misfortune has turned into a spot on the team for St. Louis.

The veteran winger took part in the 2006 Olympics but was left off the team in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

Now that St. Louis has been added to the team, who would you like to see him playing on a line with? Let us know @BeyondBenches!
